About these terms
These terms apply to your use of zavoraaviation.com (the “website”), operated by Zavora Aviation, based in Ontario, Canada. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our role
Zavora Aviation is an aircraft charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft. Flights we arrange are operated by independent third-party aircraft operators, which are responsible for the operation of their aircraft.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a charter request through the website, by email or by telephone is an enquiry only. It does not:
- create a booking, reservation or contract;
- confirm that any aircraft is available;
- fix a price or schedule; or
- oblige you or us to proceed.
A charter is confirmed only when a written charter agreement or confirmation has been issued and accepted, together with any payment it requires. The terms of that agreement, including those of the operating carrier, will govern the flight. Nothing on this website forms part of a charter agreement unless that agreement expressly says so.
Website information
Information on the website, including aircraft categories, typical capacities and ranges, is general and indicative. Actual aircraft, capacity, range, timing and price depend on the specific aircraft, operator, route, conditions and regulatory requirements. Photographs are illustrative and do not represent specific aircraft available for charter.
We aim to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in any enquiry.
- Submit information about other people only where you are entitled to do so.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit automated or fraudulent requests.
Intellectual property
The Zavora Aviation name, logo, text and design of the website belong to Zavora Aviation or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Where the website links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zavora Aviation is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, or from the website being unavailable. Liability relating to a confirmed charter is governed by the charter agreement for that flight. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
